Windows 8 Lite 700mb

On my CD-R writable CD's, it says that the capacity is "700mb/80min". Why is there the time restriction? If I fill up my CD with 80 mins of MP3 music, it's only taking up about 300-400mb. Why can I not fill up the rest of the CD? Thanks. Acceptable (talk) 01:31, 27 November 2007 (UTC)Reply[reply]
